Foreign visitors are happy to receive the certificates of quarantine completion

HNN.VN - On the morning of March 17, representatives of the Department of Tourism came to the hotels and resorts, where foreign tourists completed their 14-day quarantine due to coming from COVID-19 epidemic area, in order to hand over flowers and thank them for supporting the government in epidemic prevention. The local government also awarded a certificate of quarantine completion as well as a certificate of negative test with COVID-19.

There are eight foreign visitors having ended their quarantine period. Two of them stay at Gold Hotel on Ba Trieu Street, four of them stay at Pilgrimage Village Resort on Minh Mang Street, and the others two, Vedana Lagoon Resort (Phu Loc town, Phu Loc district). These are passengers on the flight VN0054 from England to Noi Bai airport together with the 17th patient, then continued to move to Hue.

After arriving in Hue on March 2, these guests were immediately asked to stay in quarantine at their accommodations for health surveillance. So far, after 14 days of quarantine in accordance with the regulations of Ministry of Health, all 8 guests are in stable health, and the COVID-19 tests show negative results.

Through the Department of Tourism, Chairman Phan Ngoc Tho also sent a letter with deep thanks to the visitors for their cooperation to prevent COVID-19 epidemic as well as the invitations to return to Hue for a visit with free entry at all monuments.

All visitors expressed their happiness, and were very glad that during the quarantine period, they were under medical supervision as well as thoughtful supportive services. Although they regretted that they had not visited many famous places in Hue, they confirmed that they would come back. They also thank the local authorities for their support during their stay in Hue.
