According to statistics from the Hue Monuments Conservation Center, in 2023, the total number of visitors to Hue monuments was 2.28 million, of which, international visitors reached more than 1.1 million and the figure for Vietnamese visitors was nearly 1.3 million.

Total revenue from tour ticket sales reached over 350 billion VND, an increase of 151% over the same period. In addition, revenue from services was 15.6 billion VND.

According to the center's assessment, the increase in the number of visitors to the heritage sites was thanks to the effects of the Four Seasons Festival and corresponding festivals. Also, the implementation of the electronic ticket system also helped enhance customer experience, allowing them to conveniently choose ticket purchasing methods, and contribute to improving the speed and quality of customer services.
