A number of hotels, training centers, and educational institutions… have announced that they will provide free accommodation for people during the period of complex weather developments. This kind gesture warms many hearts amid the typhoon and rainy season.

On the morning of March 10 (the 11th day of the second lunar month of the Year of the Snake), Hue Monuments Conservation Center organized the Xa Tac Worship Ceremony at the Xa Tac Esplanade (Thuan Hoa Ward, Phu Xuan District, Hue City) to pray for national peace and prosperity, favorable weather, bountiful harvests, and prosperous lives for the people.

During the journey to Hue at the beginning of the Year of Snake, many tourists consider the Hue Imperial Citadel as a must-visit destination. Despite the cold weather with occasional rain and sunshine, tourists still want to spend much time checking-in the Royal Citadel and immerse themselves into various activities to gain vivid feelings about the traditional Tet in the Ancient Capital.

Despite the cold and rainy weather, many people in Hue continued the tradition of visiting pagodas on the first day of the Lunar New Year to worship Buddha and pray for a peaceful and prosperous year.
