On September 10th, the University of Law, Hue University organized a training session to share experience in international academic publishing, aiming to enhance lecturers’ scientific research capacity and promote international publication among its teaching staff.

Beyond learning the melodies and repertoire of Ca Hue (Hue-Singing), teachers who complete the training program are seen as an ‘extended arm’ for passing on this ‘signature’ art form of Hue.

From heritage trains and North - South railway services to modern retail systems and international markets, Hue specialties such as frozen salt coffee, banh loc, banh nam and banh ep are gradually reaching consumers more widely through science and technology, innovation and new market-oriented thinking.

On the afternoon of August 28, the University of Education, Hue University, held a meeting and signing ceremony with the University of Education and the Rencontres du Vietnam Organization on a 2+3 engineer training program.

On the morning of August 28, Vietnam Railways Corporation (VNR), in collaboration with Quang Tri Province People’s Committee and Hue People’s Committee, officially launched the ‘Phong Nha - Hue Imperial City: A World Heritage Journey’ tourist train at Dong Hoi Railway Station. On the morning of August 26, the Academy of Journalism and Communication, in coordination with the Department of Home Affairs, opened a training course on ‘Enhancing capacity for civil servants and public employees working on gender equality and the advancement of women’.

On the morning of August 19, the Department of Science and Technology held a training conference to guide local organizations, businesses, cooperatives, and trademark owners across the city on registering, managing, and commercializing intellectual property rights for trademarks, collective marks, and certification marks

On the afternoon of August 18, the Commission for Propaganda and Mass Mobilization of Hue City Party Committee organized a digital literacy training course for officials and civil servants working at Party Committee advisory and support agencies in 2026.

After a period of preparation, the Hue - Phong Nha heritage train will officially be launched on August 28. Notably, starting August 17, the railway sector has begun selling tickets for the HQ1/HQ2 train pair, named ‘World Heritage Journey’, connecting Hue Ancient Capital with Phong Nha - Ke Bang.

The railway line connecting Hue to Da Nang via the Hai Van Pass spans approximately 100 kilometers and is considered one of the most beautiful railway routes in the country.
