The Shuttlecock Kicking Tournament of the 10th Hue City Sports Festival (2025–2026) opened on the morning of October 15 at Canh Buom Sport Hall (100 Pham Van Dong Street), bringing together 51 athletes from Hue University, Binh Dien Commune, Phu Xuan Ward, and Phu Bai Ward to compete.

On the afternoon of October 12th, at the Sports and Cultural Center Stadium of Phu Xuan Ward (Hue City), the Ministry of Education and Training, in coordination with Vietnam University and Professional Sports Association and Hue University and Professional Sports Association, held the opening ceremony of the 2025 National Men Student Football Tournament - TV360 Cup, Central Region.

The National Sepak Takraw Championship 2025 for elite teams officially opened on the afternoon of September 15th at the square opposite Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted. The tournament is co-organized by the Department of Culture & Sports and Vietnam Sepak Takraw Federation.

Apart from Tran Quoc Vinh, Hue still has no shortage of cueists capable of competing for medals at major tournaments, who are diligently training and nurturing their ambitions. It feels as though they are waiting for a “push” as a catalyst to ignite their breakthrough.

The 2025 National Youth Age Group Pickleball Championship kicked off on the morning of August 9th at the Pickleball courts of Hue College of Industry. This tournament is part of the national competition system.

The 3-Cushion Carom Billiards Tournament kicked off from August 1st to 4th at Quoc Vinh Billiards Club (4/1 Le Hong Phong Street, Hue City). The event is part of the Hue Sports Festival 2025 and is co-organized by Quoc Vinh Billiards Club, Arena Company, and Hollywood Billiards Table brand.

The 2nd Ancient Capital Hue 3x3 Basketball Tournament - 2025 kicked off on the night of August 1 at Aeon Mall Hue. The tournament is part of the Hue Sports Festival 2025 and it is hosted by NYX Basketball Club.

The inaugural 2025 Central - Central Highlands Nghia Dung Karate-Do Club Tournament officially opened on the morning of July 22nd at Hue City Sports Center. Permanent Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh attended the event.

The Hue Festival 2025 Pickleball Tournament kicked off on the morning of July 19th at Louis Pickleball Court, 68A Hoang Quoc Viet Street. This event is one of 11 competitions within the “Hue Sports Festival 2025”, the third community health sports festival.

The 1st Hue City Yoga Open Tournament officially opened on the evening of July 12 at the square opposite Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted. This event marked the beginning of Hue Sports Festival 2025.

The traditional wrestling festival of Thu Le village (Quang Dien district) in early spring attracts a large number of people and tourists to participate and watch.
