On the evening of July 23, at Thuong Bac Park in Phu Xuan Ward, Hue City, Hue - Culinary Capital 2026 program, themed ‘Bun bo Hue (Hue beef noodle soup) Day’, officially opened. The program is led by the Department of Tourism, in coordination with relevant units, as part of Hue Festival 2026 series of events.

On May 29, as part of his visit to the Republic of Singapore, General Secretary and President To Lam, together with Singaporean Prime Minister Lawrence Wong, witnessed the exchange and announcement of a series of cooperation agreements between Vietnam and Singapore.

The review and adjustment of Hue’s urban master plan to 2045, with a vision toward 2065, marks a pivotal moment for the city’s future development. Such is the theme of a special exhibition held by Hue City History Museum to commemorate the 96th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3rd, 1930 - February 3rd, 2026) and to celebrate the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026. The exhibition opens to the public on February 3rd.
