For the first time escaping the label of a poor district, the people of A Luoi joyfully participate in festival activities, embracing solidarity and sharing. Along with preserving cultural values, the local authorities are striving to reduce the number of impoverished households, develop livelihood models, and improve residents' quality of life.

On January 20, the University of Education, Hue University, organized a program themed “Spring Connecting - Tet Sharing”, taking students to return home to celebrate At Ty Lunar new year - 2025.

To celebrate the 95th anniversary of the establishment of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3rd, 1930 - February 3rd, 2025) and create the joyful and exciting atmosphere to honor the glorious Party and welcome the Lunar New Year of the Snake, Thuan Hoa District will organize various activities to celebrate the Party and the Spring. On the evening of January 11th, in Trung Son Commune (A Luoi District), the Border Guard Command of Hue City, in collaboration with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City, organized the flagship program “Border Spring warms the people’s hearts” in celebration of the At Ty Lunar New Year - 2025.

Under the ancient Nguyen Dynasty, the ceremony of lowering Neu tree was performed to mark the end of the Tet holiday and the normal life of work resumed.

New Year's Eve, the moment of transition between the old year and the new, always evokes a multitude of emotions for everyone. Numerous traditional cultural activities and festivities take place everywhere, bringing the vibrant atmosphere of Tet and the arrival of spring.

Alongside the significant programs and activities that have been taking place in the city to create a joyful and bustling atmosphere to welcome the Lunar New Year of Dragon, Hue City focuses on embellishing the streets to celebrate Tet (Lunar New Year), with the highlight of the 2024 Spring Festival stretching from the south bank of the Perfume River to parks and green spots in the city.

On January 28, the Provincial Youth Activity Center organized a program to experience the traditional Lunar New Year of Vietnam and South Korea, with the theme "Connecting Spring - Peaceful Tet (Lunar New Year)". The event was attended by Mr. Nguyen Chi Tai, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Commission for Mass Mobilization.

On the morning of the second day of the Lunar New Year of the Cat (January 23), the Organizing Committee of the Spring activities in Dien Hoa Commune, Phong Dien District held the traditional Fairy Swing Festival in the Lunar New Year of the Cat 2023.
