In the context of a heritage city that is gradually affirming its position as a distinctive cultural center of the country, the development of reading culture in Hue is no longer a purely promotional issue. On the morning of February 25th, the Trade Union and Youth Union of Hue Central Hospital, in coordination with the hospital’s Hematology and Blood Transfusion Center, organized the “White Blouse - Red Heart” voluntary blood donation program, attracting nearly 400 officials, public employees, doctors, and medical staff.

From the Imperial Citadel, ancient pagodas, and Dong Ba Market to cafes decorated in spring colors, every street corner and every space become a backdrop for capturing beautiful moments.
