That was the theme of a seminar, held on the morning of November 27, to celebrate the 45th founding anniversary of Ho Chi Minh Museum in Hue City (1980 - 2025).

The chrysanthemum fields grown for the upcoming Lunar New Year of the Horse in Thanh Thuy Ward have been devastated, leaving flower growers with heavy hearts. Everything they have cultivated over the past three months has been swept away by floodwaters.

Following severe floods, numerous relief convoys, volunteer groups, and meaningful gifts have been delivered directly to people in deeply flooded areas in Hue. These “golden hearts” have instilled faith and motivation, helping them stand firm against difficulties and rebuild a peaceful life during the Great National Solidarity Festival (November 18).

On Facebook, amid the flood of news and images of inundation, among the urgent rescue and relief efforts by authorities and functional forces, I came across an image that warmed my heart: hot meals being packed and prepared for their journey from the area of fomer Phu Thuan to Hue Central Hospital, to be given to hungry patients trapped by the floods.

As many areas of Hue City are still submerged under water, warm lunchboxes prepared by women and kindhearted volunteers were delivered to residents in flooded neighborhoods and to patients in hospitals, bringing warmth and comfort to countless hearts as people continue to battle the floods.

A number of hotels, training centers, and educational institutions… have announced that they will provide free accommodation for people during the period of complex weather developments. This kind gesture warms many hearts amid the typhoon and rainy season.

On October 18, Hue Central Hospital organized a specialized workshop titled “Off-pump coronary artery bypass (OPCAB) surgery”. The event aimed to exchange, update professional knowledge, and share practical experience regarding the technique of coronary artery bypass surgery on a beating heart - a modern method that helps reduce complications and shorten the recovery time for patients.

It was a stroll through images and fond memories of Quoc Tu Giam (Imperial Academy) - a relic of the Nguyen Dynasty nestled in the heart of Hue Ancient Capital. The site is expected to undergo restoration this November, with a total investment of over 108 billion VND.

On October 5, Tuoi Tre Newspaper, in coordination with Hue City Youth Union, organized the “Supporting students to school” scholarship awarding ceremony with the theme “One aspiration - Ten thousand hearts” for 89 new students in Hue City who face difficult circumstances with strong determination.

On the morning of October 5, Standing Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh inspected the preparations for Viettel Y-Fest 2025 event at Ngo Mon Square.
