Hue is changing every day through its bridges. From the more-than-120-year-old Truong Tien Bridge reflecting the city’s heritage, to Phu Xuan, Nguyen Hoang, Da Vien, Thuan An, Tam Giang, etc., these bridges not only connect the roads of Hue but also symbolize the city’s reach toward the future.

On the morning of October 17, the People’s Committee of Phong Phu Ward, in collaboration with NextX Future Joint Stock Company (Ho Chi Minh City), held a training session aimed at enhancing the digital technology skills of nearly 50 local households, aquaculture facility owners, and businesses involved in black tiger shrimp farming. ​

Besides the ancient heritage architectural works with splendid beauty, future architects also depicted a truthful yet incredibly gentle portrayal when sketching modern constructions of Hue City on its development.

Hue is taking steps to build a model of sustainable development, where the economic growth does not come at the expense of the cultural identity. In the modern life the city still maintains its soul, considering the green fund the foundation for a future of harmony and distinction.

With the theme “Shaping the Future," Open Day Festival 2025, organized by Hue College, attracted more than 2,300 students from secondary schools across Hue City, along with participation from various organizations and businesses.

This is the goal set by Hue University. Achieving this will not only enhance the role and position of the Institute of Biotechnology in particular and Hue University in general but also the status of the centrally governed city in the coming time. To better understand the direction, implementation solutions, and future role of the center, Thua Thien Hue Weekly had a meeting with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Truong Thi Hong Hai, Director of the Institute of Biotechnology, Hue University.
