On the morning of September 1, the 2026 Khe Tre Highland Market (third edition) under the theme ‘Spirit of Great Forest - Colors of Independence’ officially kicked off at the Co Tu Ethnic Traditional Cultural Village in Thuong Lo Village, Khe Tre Commune. The event offers visitors a space to experience the unique culture, cuisine, and specialties of the highlands during the National Day holiday (September 2).

The highland district of A Luoi, Hue City, boasts the pristine beauty of the Truong Son mountains and forests, with the white cascade of the A Nor Waterfall standing out amid endless stretches of green. The exhibition “Memories lit by colors” by two artists, namely Hoang Dang Khanh and Tran Anh Huy, unfolds like a story of life’s memories told through painting, evoking a profound sense of emotion in viewers.

After more than 13 years of her journey with this type of sweets, Ms. Vu Thi Thuy, co-founder of Song Thuy Wagashi, has introduced these unique sweets to participants who love Japanese cuisine through a workshop in Hue.
