On the morning of March 29th, in Thuan Hoa ward, Hue City, Van Phu Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company (project developer) and Union Success Vietnam Joint Stock Company (investor) held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Vlasta Premier - Phu Hoi Project (technical infrastructure component).

On the morning of March 26th, in Chan May - Lang Co Commune (Hue City), FUTA Land Real Estate Joint Stock Company held the groundbreaking ceremony for Chan May Social Housing Project (located in Chan May Urban Area, Lot No. 8).
