Amidst the blistering June heat of the borderland, over 100 armed forces personnel are pushing their limits in a '60-day-and-night' campaign to beat the deadline. On the afternoon of June 18th, on the occasion of the 101st anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21st, 1925 - June 21st, 2026), Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Hue City Party Committee, and Chairman of Hue City People's Committee, visited and presented flowers to congratulate Hue Newspaper and Radio-Television.

On the afternoon of April 26th, Vietnam Haiku Poetry Club - Hue Ancient Capital branch held a gathering and poetry - music exchange to commemorate the 51st anniversary of National Reunification Day (April 30th, 1975 - April 30th, 2026). Along with nearly 76,5 million voters nationwide, close to one million voters in Hue City have just joyfully taken part in the Election Day on March 15th, 2026, achieving an outstanding result: 99,99% voter turnout in the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term. Beyond the turnout figure, what stands out is the widespread joy and excitement across all regions, as well as the confidence and hope of people from all walks of life placed in a streamlined government, one with sufficient capability and strength to lead the country into a new era of prosperity, civility, and happiness.
