That was the theme of a seminar, held on the morning of November 27, to celebrate the 45th founding anniversary of Ho Chi Minh Museum in Hue City (1980 - 2025).

The chrysanthemum fields grown for the upcoming Lunar New Year of the Horse in Thanh Thuy Ward have been devastated, leaving flower growers with heavy hearts. Everything they have cultivated over the past three months has been swept away by floodwaters.

Following severe floods, numerous relief convoys, volunteer groups, and meaningful gifts have been delivered directly to people in deeply flooded areas in Hue. These “golden hearts” have instilled faith and motivation, helping them stand firm against difficulties and rebuild a peaceful life during the Great National Solidarity Festival (November 18).

As many areas of Hue City are still submerged under water, warm lunchboxes prepared by women and kindhearted volunteers were delivered to residents in flooded neighborhoods and to patients in hospitals, bringing warmth and comfort to countless hearts as people continue to battle the floods.

A number of hotels, training centers, and educational institutions… have announced that they will provide free accommodation for people during the period of complex weather developments. This kind gesture warms many hearts amid the typhoon and rainy season.

On October 5, Tuoi Tre Newspaper, in coordination with Hue City Youth Union, organized the “Supporting students to school” scholarship awarding ceremony with the theme “One aspiration - Ten thousand hearts” for 89 new students in Hue City who face difficult circumstances with strong determination.

On August 18, the Women’s Union of Dan Dien Commune in collaboration with Hue Hearts Fund held a ceremony to award scholarships to students overcoming difficult circumstances.

They are ordinary teachers, workers, and officer, yet when a patient urgently needs platelets, they immediately depart without a moment of hesitation. The Huong Thuy Platelet Donation Club, for many years, has quietly spread life through the compassion of their generous hearts.
