On February 28, at Nguyen Tri Phuong Secondary School, the Department of Education and Training held the final round of the city-level English debating competition for high school students for the 2025-2026 academic year.

In the National Excellent Student Examination for the 2025-2026 academic year, Hue City won four First Prizes. Notably, Geography recorded its first-ever First Prize winner, while French returned to the highest podium position after many years, earning two First Prizes. These results reflect the sustained efforts of students from Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted, further enriching Hue’s distinguished educational record.

On February 9, the Department of Education and Training held a ceremony to honor and reward students who achieved outstanding results in the National Excellent Student Examination for the 2025-2026 academic year at Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted.

On the afternoon of January 31st, the Department of Education and Training (DOET) organized the preliminary round to select outstanding students for the City-level English Debate Competition for High school students in the 2025-2026 academic year, held at Nguyen Tri Phuong Secondary School.

On the morning of January 30, the Coast Guard Region 2 Command, in coordination with the City Party’s Commission for Information, Education and Mass Mobilization and the city Department of Education and Training, organized the city-level “I Love Homeland’s Seas and Islands” contest for the 2025-2026 academic year.

On the afternoon of January 29, as part of the contest “I Love My Homeland’s Seas and Islands” for the 2025-2026 academic year, the City Party Committee’s Commission for Information and Education and Mass Mobilization, in coordination with the Coast Guard Region 2 Command, organized a working delegation to visit and present Tet gifts to Vietnamese Heroic Mothers in My Thuong, Phu Ho, and Thanh Thuy wards and communes.

On January 24th, at Nguyen Tri Phuong Secondary School, Hue City Department of Education and Training (DOET) organized the Secondary School Science and Engineering Competition for the 2025-2026 academic year.

On the afternoon of January 23, Hue City Department of Education and Training held a ceremony to announce the recruitment decisions and work assignments for teachers, who successfully passed the teacher recruitment examination for the academic year 2025 - 2026.

On the afternoon of January 19, the Ministry of Education and Training announced the results of the National High School Excellent Student Selection Exam for the academic year 2025 - 2026.

On the evening of January 16, Hue University held the 24th Nguyen Truong To Scholarship Award Ceremony for its students for the 2025-2026 academic year.
