On February 4th (January 7th of the Lunar New Year), the ceremonies of lowering Neu pole and opening the new year seal took place at Trieu Mieu and The Mieu in Hue Imperial Citadel.

At the 7th Ancient Capital Literature and Arts Awards, musician Le Quang Vu (born in 1968) with his Symphony Poetry “Green City along the Perfume River” won the A prize in the music category.
