The long Lunar New Year holiday combined with the rising number of cases has kept the doctors and medical staff at Hue Central Hospital (HCH) constantly on duty without rest. On November 1st, the 25th National Pediatrics Conference opened with the theme “From Science to Policy and Practice.”

On April 11, Hue Central Hospital claimed that pediatric patient Tran Nguyen Thuy N. (12 months old) - a case of bilateral nephroblastoma that was successfully treated by the collaboration between the Hospital and St Jude Children's Research Hospital (USA) - has returned to Vietnam.

Established on January 3, up to now, Hue Volunteer Doctors Association (HVDA) with more than 100 members has accompanied more than 6,000 cases of F0 home treatment in the city, in which, more than 70% of cases are the elderly, children and unvaccinated patients.
