On the afternoon of September 18, Hue Tourism College held a conference on business cooperation to improve training quality. The event was attended by representatives from management agencies, professional associations, and businesses operating in the tourism and services sectors.

On September 17, Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee Tran Huu Thuy Giang met with Vietnam Railways (VNR) in Hanoi to discuss a proposed steam train service on the Hue - Danang route, which would connect Hue’s tourism sector with destinations across the region.

From heritage trains and North - South railway services to modern retail systems and international markets, Hue specialties such as frozen salt coffee, banh loc, banh nam and banh ep are gradually reaching consumers more widely through science and technology, innovation and new market-oriented thinking.

On the morning of August 28, Vietnam Railways Corporation (VNR), in collaboration with Quang Tri Province People’s Committee and Hue People’s Committee, officially launched the ‘Phong Nha - Hue Imperial City: A World Heritage Journey’ tourist train at Dong Hoi Railway Station. Later that day, Hue City welcomed the train and held a ceremony to mark its arrival.

On September 17th, Hue City People’s Committee office organized a training session on administrative procedure (AP) control and communication culture for public officials and employees (POEs) working at the Public Administrative Service Center.

On November 29, at the Provincial Blind Association, the Institute for Cooperation and Development (Phu Xuan University) collaborated with Liverpool John Moores University (the UK) and Deakin University (Australia) to organize a training course on applying AI Marketing skills for people with disabilities. The program aims to support the promotion of products made by people with disabilities such as bamboo toothpicks, paper flowers, and massage services.

On the morning of October 6, at Quoc hoc Hue High school for the Gifted, the Department of Dyke Management and Disaster Prevention under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development in collaboration with the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), and the United States Forest Services held a training session titled “Basis Knowledge on Disaster Prevention and First Aid for Injuries”.

On the morning of March 26th, Vietnam Railways Corporation, Thua Thien Hue Provincial People's Committee, and Da Nang City People's Committee jointly organized the inauguration of a tourism train service between Hue and Da Nang, named “Connecting Central Heritages.”

Traveling by train to experience fascinating things and enjoy the beautiful natural scenery has become a popular trend among tourists. The efficient operation of a daily tourist train service between Hue and Da Nang, and vice versa, to serve travelers and connect the heritage regions of Central Vietnam is eagerly awaited.
