Recently, a cultural event that drew significant attention from the young people in Hue was the appearance of 26-year-old singer Nguyen Viet Hoang, better known by his stage name Mono. He is the younger brother of renowned singer Son Tung M-TP. On the morning of April 24, at the Royal Treasury Palace area - Hue Imperial Citadel, the “Exhibition and display of orchids, bonsai, and ornamental stones of the three regions 2026” officially opened as part of Hue Festival 2026, attracting a large number of locals and visitors.

After nearly 80 years of existing as little more than a foundation, Dai Cung Mon - the main gate of the Forbidden Purple City – will be reconstructed. The project will help complete the central axis of Hue Imperial Citadel and open up a new heritage experience space for visitors.
