On October 31, Hue City Police announced that they had received and distributed 30 tons of relief goods supported by the Ministry of Public Security for the flood-affected people.

On October 5, Tuoi Tre Newspaper, in coordination with Hue City Youth Union, organized the “Supporting students to school” scholarship awarding ceremony with the theme “One aspiration - Ten thousand hearts” for 89 new students in Hue City who face difficult circumstances with strong determination.
