Thanh Hoa supports Hue with 3 billion VND to overcome the consequences of floods

HNN.VN - On November 12, a working delegation from Thanh Hoa Province, led by Mr. Nguyen Hong Phong, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, came to present 3 billion VND to support the People of Hue City in overcoming the consequences caused by the floods in 2025.

Mr. Nguyen Hong Phong expressed deep sympathy and sharing for the damages caused by the floods in Hue City recently. He also affirmed that this sentiment and support demonstrate the heartfelt concern of the Party Committee, government, and People of Thanh Hoa towards their compatriots in the Central region, contributing to helping the People of Hue City quickly stabilize their lives, and restore production and daily activities after the natural disaster.

Mr. Pham Duc Tien, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, sincerely thanked the timely and compassionate attention and support from the Party Committee, government, and People of Thanh Hoa Province towards the People of Hue City. He also stated that the city has been focusing on mobilizing forces to overcome the consequences, ensure environmental sanitation, care for the lives of the People, and soon bring daily life and production activities back to normal.

“The support from Thanh Hoa Province is a great encouragement, providing more strength for Hue to continue to overcome difficulties, recover, and develop sustainably. Hue City will allocate and use the support effectively, for the right purpose, and promptly deliver it to households severely affected by the natural disaster, helping them quickly stabilize their lives,” emphasized Mr. Pham Duc Tien.

On the same day, Hue Entrepreneurs Club in Ho Chi Minh City visited and supported with gift packages to the people of Hue City affected by the recent floods, with a total value of 200 million VND.

According to Mr. Truong Nhu Mui, Standing Vice Chairman of the Hue Entrepreneurs Club in Ho Chi Minh City, immediately after the floods passed, the Executive Committee of the Club deployed a call to its members, friends, and partners to jointly contribute a part of the funds to help their homeland. In the near future, the Club will organize a Pickleball tournament to continue calling for the companionship of Hue entrepreneur community in Ho Chi Minh City to join hands. Each gift package, though not big, is hoped to partially help people quickly stabilize their lives.
