The boat racing festival took place on the morning of December 31 on the Như Y River (at the community tourism site of Thanh Toan Tiled-roof Bridge). This is one of the highlights of the New Year 2024 celebrations and in response to the Four Seasons Festival organized by Thuy Thanh commune (Huong Thuy town).

On the occasion of a recent working trip to Hue and attending a conference themed “The modernization process in Hue and Central Vietnam during the French colonial period”, a delegation of experts and scientists from France and Japan had a visit and working session with Hue Monuments Conservation Center at Tang Thu Lau (Archive Pavilion).

As a part of a series of activities and events of the Winter Festival within the Four Season Festival - Hue Festival 2023, on the evening of December 15th, the Department of Tourism organized the opening ceremony of the “Wellness Tourism Week” event. The performance lasts 50 minutes with the theme of the four seasons, the Art Nouveau movement combined with traditional Vietnamese lacquer art, minimalism with dragons and phoenixes. The show also features the movement of Art Deco along with iconic plants and trees in Vietnamese culture.
