There stands a strong border citadel, preserved and nurtured by a love beyond measure.

With a period of operation for 6 years, the “Carbon Storage and Biodiversity Conservation” Project Phase 2 (CARBI 2) has successfully integrated conservation with sustainable development, aiming to preserve and restore forests in one of the world's biodiversity hotspots - the Truong Son Mountain Range between Vietnam and Laos.

On December 21, at Hai Van Frontier Post (Hai Van Quan) relic, Hue Monuments Conservation Center collaborated with the Department of Culture and Sports of Da Nang City to hold a ceremony announcing the completion of the project to preserve, restore, and promote the value of the Hai Van Frontier Post national relic site.

Thua Thien Hue has preserved many craft villages and handed down many unique traditional crafts. With abundant cultural tourism resources and natural tourism assets, it can combine them with craft and traditional village tourism. The artifacts selected for identification are representative items typical of the Nguyen Dynasty's royalty and officials, such as the golden throne, palanquins, ceremonial shoes (things used in daily life and rituals), gold and jade branches (interior decorations), and the Xam Huong set (a recreational activity). This initiative marks the beginning of applying technology to preserve and promote the cultural heritage values preserved in Thua Thien Hue.

As a ‘symphony’ of Hue urban planning, the Perfume River has carried on its historical mission of adorning the elegance of Hue, and is now being preserved. The river will continue to flow in the future, and preserving the Perfume River, therefore, is like preserving the ‘backbone’ of Hue urban area.
