On the afternoon of May 15, at the Hue City People’s Committee headquarters, a sponsorship signing ceremony took place between the Organizing Committee of Hue Festival 2025 and the Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV), marking BIDV’s collaboration in key cultural and tourism events during the National Tourism Year in Hue.

The “rendezvous” through art took place in late April and extended throughout May, with a brief yet comprehensive name: “Loving Hue.”

This statement was emphasized by Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Tung, Architect, (Faculty of Architecture, University of Sciences, Hue University) at the seminar “French Colonial Architecture and the “Western Quarter” in Hue City”, which took place on the afternoon of May 11 at the Hue Book and Cultural Space (No. 23 - 25 Le Loi St., Thuan Hoa District).

Taking place in the space at the Hue Imperial Citadel, the exhibition of bonsais, orchids, and ornamental stones from the three regions attracted thousands of visitors. The event also honored 104 most excellent works from the three regions all over the country.

On April 27, during the first working session of the 45th International Conference of French-speaking Mayors, taking place from April 27 to 29 in Hue City, the delegates discussed issues related to the theme “Commitment to a More Sustainable World”.

With more than 25 years of collaboration with Hue Monuments Conservation Center, Prof. Satoh Shigeru, a leading expert in the field of landscape study and urban planning at Institute of Urban and Regional Studies, Waseda University in Japan, has made many interesting discoveries about the mountain-water landscape in Hue. On the morning of April 19, a special event titled “Hue - Pioneer in Green Heritage Tourism Development and Bicycle City" took place at the Noon Gate Square - Hue Imperial Citadel. After being postponed in April 2025, BamBoo Artists Agency Joint Stock Company (BAA) announced that the highly anticipated “Mega Booming - Hue 2025” grand music festival, featuring an impressive scale and high artistic quality, will take place for one spectacular night on July 6th, 2025, at Ngo Mon Square - Hue Imperial Citadel.

After the three masterpieces of his life had been placed along the Le Loi street by the poetic river of Perfume, recently sculptor Le Thanh Nhon has returned to Hue in his own way.
