According to the event organizers, for the first time, 13 Michelin-starred chefs, the epitome of world cuisine, will come together in the “100 Flavors - Michelin-Starred Chefs” event: A journey that blends international culinary excellence with Vietnam’s culinary heritage, positioning Vietnam as a premier Asian destination for gastronomy and tourism.

Accompanying “100 Flavors” is Dinner Incredible, an international culinary project founded by Chef Giorgio Diana, who has impressed food connoisseurs in Rome, Tokyo, Singapore, and New York. Each destination represents a symphony blending local cultural heritage with global culinary techniques, brought to life by top Michelin-starred chefs. In 2025, under the connection of Chef Michael Bao, Vietnam becomes the next destination. Vietnam is not only a country rich in ingredients but also a land of emotion, heritage, and creativity. This project marks the proud return of a Vietnamese chef to the international stage.

The event organizers announced that the week of “100 Flavors - Michelin-Starred Chefs” is a series of special culinary events held in 2 major cultural centers of Vietnam, including Ho Chi Minh City and Hue.

Specifically, on November 26, 2025, at La Vela Saigon Hotel, the dinner will serve as a ceremony celebrating contemporary fine dining, set in a luxurious five-star space where international techniques harmonize with local flavors. In Hue, at Hue Times Square (5 Le Loi, along the Perfume River), the program will recreate the “Royal Court Banquet” on November 28, 2025, showcasing elite culinary heritage alongside the refined court music, creating timeless sophistication and highlighting the diversity and depth of Vietnamese culinary culture on the international stage.

The continuous participation of 13 Michelin-starred chefs not only marks a significant milestone for the “100 Flavors - Michelin-Starred Chefs” program but also creates a cultural symphony blending global excellence with Vietnamese identity. These 13 Michelin-starred chefs come from various countries, including Italy, France, the United Kingdom, Greece, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, the United States, and Taiwan (China).
