These days, the festive atmosphere of the Mid-Autumn Festival is already filling the streets. From the skillful hands of craftsmen diligently working on unicorn heads, Earth God masks, and drums… to spectacular unicorn dance performances on competition stages and in welcoming spaces at the Imperial Citadel,… all come together to create a vibrant picture of the Mid-Autumn in the Ancient Capital, preserving the unique cultural beauty and leaving lasting impressions on visitors.

The 2026 National Sambo & Sambo Youth Championship concluded on the afternoon of September 16. Delivering an impressive performance, Hue athletes won a total of 27 medals, finishing ahead of strong teams such as the Army, Ho Chi Minh City, and Hung Yen to take first place in the overall team standings.

On August 29, the Meeting Vietnam Association held a ceremony at Hue Imperial Citadel to award Vallet Scholarships to students with outstanding academic performance.

More than 10 years after winning a prize at Sao Mai 2013, Dr. Nguyen Hoang Tinh Uyen returned to a professional music competition and won the Gold Prize in the Vocal category at the Crescendo International Music Festival 2026. For her, the award not only marked her return to the stage but also gave her renewed motivation to continue conducting research, performing, and inspiring her students through music. ​

After more than three weeks, the training program on Hue-Singing (Ca Hue) performance skills for more than 180 music teachers from primary schools across Hue City, organized by the Department of Culture and Sports in coordination with the Department of Education and Training, concluded on the afternoon of July 31.

On the afternoon of July 30, Hue Business Association convened the 10th Executive Committee meeting of its fourth tenure (2022–2027) to review its performance during the first half of the year and set key priorities for the remaining months of 2026.

The 12th International Day of Yoga and the 2nd Hue City Open Yoga Championship 2026 officially opened on July 26th as part of the 4th Hue Sports Festival 2026. The events were jointly organized by Linh Kha Yoga Club and the Embassy of India in Hanoi.

In response to Hue Ao Dai Week 2026, on the morning of July 10, the Department of Education and Training organized a mass performance program themed “The Beauty of Ao Dai in Schools” at Phan Dang Luu High School.
