Hundreds of sketch and poetic works about the beauty of the Ancient Capital heritage have brought visitors from one emotion to another in an exhibition, which was launched by Hue Museum of Fine Arts on the afternoon of June 23, at the Le Ba Dang Art Center (on Le Loi Street, Hue City).

On the morning of June 15, an exhibition with the theme "Stories from the rivers" has just been opened to the public by the Provincial History Museum in collaboration with the Huong River Museum of Antique Pottery, at No. 1 23 August Street, Hue City.

On the afternoon of June 6, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong granted the decision to allow the operation of General Nguyen Chi Thanh Museum. Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Chi Vinh, former Deputy Defence Minister, the son of General Nguyen Chi Thanh, and the representative of the General's family received the decision.

Expected to open to the public in July this year, on the 55th anniversary of General Nguyen Chi Thanh's death, General Nguyen Chi Thanh Museum in Thua Thien Hue (at 144 Dang Thai Than, Hue City) will be the site to exhibit photographs, documents and artifacts that introduce the General’s life of revolutionary activities.

General Nguyen Chi Thanh's family is completing procedural paperwork to apply for permission to establish the General Nguyen Chi Thanh Museum in Thua Thien Hue.

On the morning of April 17, the Provincial People's Committee held a ceremony to receive a mandarin’s hat and a Nhat Binh ao-dai of the Nguyen Dynasty. The antiques were won at an overseas auction and donated by Sunshine Group Joint Stock Company to be displayed at Hue Museum of Royal Antiquities.

According to Hue Monuments Conservation Center, two antiques, which are a mandarin’s hat and a Nhat Binh ao dai in the Nguyen Dynasty, were brought back to Hue on April 9. These antiques are being preserved at Hue Museum of Royal Antiquities.

The exhibition “The Seeker for the Image of the Nation” introduces to the public the President Ho Chi Minh's 30-year journey through 3 oceans and 4 continents, with nearly 30 countries to find a way to save the country and liberate the nation. The exhibition was organized by the provincial Ho Chi Minh Museum and opened on the afternoon of March 29 at Thuan An High School (Hue City).

From March 21 to 26, the delegation of Korea Institute of Science and Technology carries out a trip to visit Hue relics and has a working session with Hue Monuments Conservation Center.

“The Journey on sketching Hue heritages 2022” was an activity opened by Hue Museum of Fine Arts in collaboration with the Writer’s Association, the Provincial Fine Arts Association, and Ha Noi Urban Sketching Group on the afternoon of March 18.
