Thousands of audiences joined a vibrant music night at the Noon Gate Square, where new, youthful, and modern sounds echoed while still retaining a strong sense of identity.

On June 20 and 21, at the the Training Center of Hue Central Hospital, the Neurosurgery Conference for Training Doctos and the Vietnam Neurosurgical Nursing Conference took place. The events were organized by the Vietnam Neurosurgical Society in collaboration with Hue Central Hospital.

More than 1,000 people from all three regions of the country, wearing traditional and modern ao dai, gathered in Hue for a parade. All of this created a vibrant, colorful, and festive atmosphere right in the heart of Hue City.

To the melodies blending traditional and modern tones, hundreds of models showcased ao dai collections in the ancient space of An Dinh Palace. Guests from home and abroad, along with Hue locals, were treated to an “art feast” that fused fashion, music, and heritage.

Hue is asserting its pioneering role in preserving and promoting heritage values, from tangible treasures to intangible performance spaces. A journey of “preservation for revival” with long-term vision, modern technology, and initiatives close to young people.

On the evening of June 1, Hue City’s Youth Activity Center organized the opening ceremony for its summer activities and the final round of the 2025 International Folk Dance and Modern Dance Festival.

With highly skilled personnel and modern equipment, Hue Central Hospital (HCH) has saved many difficult cases, affirming its reputation as a high-tech specialized medical center in the region.

In the years from 1930 to 1937, painter Mai Trung Thu was appointed to teach drawing at Quoc Hoc High School. Here, his talent blossomed. Series of his paintings were born, depicting gentle Hue girls, the charming scenery of the Huong river and the temples and royal mausoleums. His paintings in Hue rendered him a solid position in modern Vietnamese painting.

Through investments in machinery, modernized production methods, adherence to food safety and hygiene standards, diversified designs, etc., many women have contributed to gradually elevating traditional craft products.

By blending modern technology with long-standing cultural values, Hue’s heritage is embarking on a new, vibrant journey.
