In a bid to support and accompany innovative startup projects and ideas, a range of programs, activities, and policy mechanisms have been implemented, delivering tangible outcomes for innovative startup products.

The mountainous areas of A Luoi and Nam Dong (now Phu Loc District) possess a year-round supply of clean, naturally flowing water, making them an ideal environment for sturgeon farming. Capitalizing on this advantage, the local Agricultural Extension Center (AEC) implemented the “Application of Science and Technology to Develop a Sturgeon Nursery and Farming Model Based on the Value Chain in Mountainous Communes of Hue City” project, with the goal of successfully applying scientific and technological advances to sturgeon nursery and farming within a value chain framework.

On April 19th, the final round of the 7th Students with Startup Ideas Competition in 2025 officially kicked off at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and Education. This event is part of the 7th National Startup Day for Students.

“Books are an endless source of inspiration that help many people start running.” That was the main idea of the discussion named Books and Running, which took place at Hue Book and Culture Space on the morning of March 16th.

The Ministry of Education and Training has announced the results of the semifinal round of the 7th “Students with Startup Ideas” competition. The “YES! Camp x Hue 2024” program, organized by Hue University Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship in collaboration with CreBiz Factory (South Korea), is not merely a startup competition. It also fosters creative ideas, promoting the spirit of innovative entrepreneurship toward the goal of NetZero - a green and sustainable future for Vietnam.

On the morning of October 6, Hue University held the final round and awarding ceremony for the “7th Hue University Startup and Innovation Idea Competition 2024” with a desire to bring practical values to the community.

To prepare for the upcoming final round of the Provincial Innovation Startup Competition 2024, on September 30, the Department of Science and Technology held a training session for representatives of 15 ideas and projects competing in the final round of this competition.

On September 16, the Organizing Committee of the Provincial Innovative Startup Competition 2024 held the semi-final judging round, following the preliminary screening of submitted applications.
