On the afternoon of July 23rd, Hue Festival Organizing Committee held a press conference to announce Hue Wonderverse Music Fest 2026 - International Heritage and Music Festival. On the afternoon of June 24, the City People's Committee held its regular June meeting and a session to review the city's socio-economic performance during the first 6 months of 2026. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, Party Central Committee Member, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, and Chairman of the City People’s Committee.

The first international flight of the year 2024 just landed at Phu Bai International Airport on January 10th, carrying 226 Korean passengers who have come to visit and experience Hue.
