Green transition requires businesses to accept higher upfront costs and change the way they operate. This has led many to ask: “What do we gain in return?” In reality, however, those initial investments can translate into stronger competitive advantages, greater brand value, and access to higher-quality customer segments.

On the afternoon of December 17, Vietnam National Authority of Tourism, in coordination with the Tourism Development Support Fund and the Department of Tourism of Hue City, organized the National Conference on Net Zero Tourism in Hue. Attending the event was Mr. Tran Huu Thuy Giang, Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee.

Amid the global wave of green transition, Hue has no choice but to seize this opportunity to craft appropriate policies and solutions that balance growth objectives with green, sustainable development.

This was the theme of the 2025 National Scientific Lighting Conference organized by the Vietnam Lighting Association in Hue on the morning of May 30.
