On the morning of November 2, General Secretary To Lam visited Hue and traveled to Quang Dien District to meet, encourage, and give gifts to households affected by recent flooding.

In the mountainous commune of Khe Tre - newly born from the merger of Khe Tre Town and the communes of Huong Phu, Huong Loc, and Thuong Lo - a night concert titled “Ngan Ngo” (A Thousand Reveries) unfolded amid forest breezes, lights, and melodies. On the morning of October 25, Hue Central Hospital and Hue City People’s Procuracy, in coordination with Thanh Nien Newspaper, Venerable Nun Thich Nu Tam Nguyet, and the Buddhists of Pho Hien Pagoda (Ho Chi Minh City), organized a gift-giving program for pediatric patients in especially difficult circumstances who are undergoing treatment at the hospital.

On October 20, A Dot Border Guard Station, in coordination with the local authority of A Luoi 4 Commune and a collective of philanthropists from Ba Ria Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, organized a program to give 800 gifts to students and people in difficult circumstances in the area.

On the morning of October 3, over 3,300 students in the city area officially participated in the City-level Examination to Select Excellent High School Students for the academic year 2025 - 2026, held at Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted. This activity is held annually to identify and nurture talented students, while also assessing the quality of learning and teaching in schools.

From October 3 to 5, the Department of Education and Training will organize the City-level Exam to Select Excellent High School Students in the academic year 2025-2026 at Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted.

The National Sepak Takraw Championship 2025 for elite teams officially opened on the afternoon of September 15th at the square opposite Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted. The tournament is co-organized by the Department of Culture & Sports and Vietnam Sepak Takraw Federation.

On the occasion of the Great Vu Lan (Ullambana) Festival of Filial Piety, the Social Charity Board of the Vietnam Buddhist Sangha in Hue City recently organized activities to present loving gifts to lonely elderly people and disadvantaged children.

On September 5, Phu Loc Commune People’s Committee coordinated with Than Huu Charity Group - social rice restaurant, and Codes Vietnam to hold a gift-giving program for disadvantaged households and poor students in the area.
