Hai Duong Commune (Hue City) is considered a most arduous and challenging place with a long coastline to the southeast and Tam Giang lagoon to the southwest. Through many generations exploring the land, establishing villages and settling down, the people of Hai Duong have suffered a lot of pressure from waves and winds; nevertheless, they are still living in harmony with the harsh nature and living on marine products.

Ao Dai, no matter how beautiful and culturally significant it is, must also incorporate fashion elements and be adapted to fit the modern era in order to remain relevant. How can we attract the attention of the young generation to the traditional Ao Dai, so they will wear it proudly and honor its beauty and cultural heritage? This is not a task that can be achieved overnight.

On this occasion, Hue Monuments Conservation Center will also organize a contest "Sharing good books" among several schools, such as Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted, Hai Ba Trung High School, and Nguyen Hue High School to spread the reading culture to the younger generations.
