The cooking class is included as part of Huetourist’s all-inclusive tour package. A local instructor takes the lead in demonstrating the process and helps visitors practice each step themselves. The selected dishes reflect the daily culinary traditions of Hue locals.

As part of the 1st Festival of Culture, Sports, and Tourism of Ethnic Groups in Mountainous Areas, on the morning of May 30, the Highland Culinary Festival and Traditional Cooking Contest officially launched at A Luoi 2 Commune Market.

No longer restricted to classroom settings, screen-based cooking instruction allows teachers to share culinary skills with learners anytime and anywhere.

On the morning of March 31st, Hue Tourism College, in coordination with the USA Poultry & Egg Export Council (USAPEEC), organized a seminar and the competition “Cooking with U.S. Chicken - Season 3”.

On August 8, Hue College of Tourism in collaboration with the USA Poultry & Egg Export Council organized the “Cooking with U.S. Chicken” competition.

Bringing cooking into poetry is something the people of old time once did. And I, drawing from the treasure trove of proverbs and folk verses my mother passed down, have learned many rustic yet profound lessons about cooking.

On the afternoon of January 18, at the space of 23-25 Le Loi St., Thuan Hoa Ward, 40 children and their parents had a chance to join in an activity of experiencing cooking tet cakes to celebrate Tet holiday. This program was held by the Hue Book and Culture Club.

On July 10th, Thua Thien Hue Tourism Association, in collaboration with USA Poultry & Egg Export Council (USAPEEC), organized a workshop and cooking contest featuring American chicken dishes.
