On the afternoon of November 26th, the Youth Union of Hue Central Hospital (HCH), in coordination with the Vietnam Young Physicians Association and the People’s Committee of Hung Loc Commune, organized a program providing medical examinations, health consultations, and free medicine to residents affected by the prolonged flooding. This humanitarian activity aims to help people quickly stabilize their physical and mental well-being and proactively prevent diseases in the post-disaster period.

On October 8 and 9, a working delegation from Hue Central Hospital organized an activity to provide free medical check-ups, health consultations, and medication to over 600 disadvantaged residents in Cam Binh Commune (Ha Tinh) - an area recently affected by Storm No. 10.

On May 4, the Provincial Border Guard Command coordinated with the Hue Central Hospital; and the Military Hospital 268, Military Region 4, to organize the 2024 Military-Civilian-Medical program, providing health examinations, consultations, and free medicine distribution to people in the border area of Vinh Hien commune (Phu Loc).

Remote consultation, examination, and treatment with the "Doctor for Every Family" (DFEF) software has created a healthcare network without limitations between different levels. This marks a significant milestone in the digital transformation in the medical field.

On the morning of September 29, Hue City People’s Committee coordinated with Germany Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) and HealthBridge Organization (Canada) held a consultation workshop to receive opinions for the draft master plan for bicycle traffic development in Hue City.

On June 8, Hue Central Hospital shared that in a cooperation program with the SmileTrain charity organization (USA), the Odonto-Stomatology Center will provide comprehensive examination, consultation and reconstructive - cosmetic surgeries for children with cleft lip and cleft palate.

On January 10th, the Office of the Provincial People's Committee (PPC) announced the start of PPC’s 2-month opinion consultation about models of the establishment of the coming centrally-governed city.
