From June 12 to 19, Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital collaborated with Surgical Volunteers International (SVI) of the United States to carry out a humanitarian surgery program for children and adolescents suffering from congenital deformities, as well as burn and trauma-related disabilities.

On the morning of June 9th, the City Youth and Children's Center, in coordination with the City Youth Union and Young Pioneers Council, the City Labor Federation, the Fire Prevention, Firefighting and Rescue Police Division, and the Youth and Women's Boards of the City Police, launched a drowning prevention skills training program and free swimming lessons for children in 2026.
