Held for the first time in Hue City, the International Tea Festival - Hue 2025 (taking place from December 10th to 12th) not only contributes to honoring Vietnamese tea culture but also is expected to serve as an important starting point, laying the foundation for the formation of a profound cultural, artistic, and tourism-oriented annual event, helping enrich Hue’s identity and enhance its attractiveness.

Miss Cosmo 2025 is an international culture and art event, attracting widespread attention. The contest is organized according to international standards at key tourist destinations in Vietnam, contributing to promoting the beauty of the country, and Vietnamese culture and people to international friends.

In the period of 2026 - 2030, alongside the process of exploitation, the effectiveness of the collected Han - Nom (Sino-Vietnamese Demotic character) documents will be promoted. Furthermore, these also aim to serve the research needs of readers, scholars, and experts in the fields of history, culture, society, economy, and politics.

On the afternoon of September 10, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in collaboration with Hue City People's Committee, organized the opening ceremony of the 3rd Vietnam International Photography Festival in 2025. This biennial international event aims to build a brand name for Vietnamese photography, while contributing to promoting the image of the country, people, and culture of Vietnam to international friends.

Through an interdisciplinary approach involving cultural anthropology, sociology, linguistics, and heritage studies, the project “Core elements that create Hue’s identity, a distinctive land in Vietnamese culture - once the Imperial Capital, a center of culture - religion - arts, and a symbol of deep-rooted traditions” seeks to clarify the role and value of Hue’s identity within the broader national culture. At the same time, it suggests directions for sustainable preservation and promotion in the context of modernization and globalization.

The Vietnamese Embassy in Brunei has presented a collection of Vietnamese literature and cultural research books to the library of the International School Brunei (ISB), including famous literary works translated into English.

From May 4 to 13, Vietnam National Authority of Tourism (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) is coordinating with the People's Committee of Hue City, Tourism Development Support Fund, Vietnam Airlines, and partners to organize a program introducing Vietnamese tourism, traditional craft villages, and cuisine, and connecting businesses on the occasion of the National Tourism Year - Hue 2025 in three European countries, including Italy, Switzerland, and France.

With the theme “Vietnamese Culinary Exchange”, the Hue - Culinary Capital festival is not only an activity within the framework of the National Tourism Year and Hue Festival 2025 but also an opportunity to showcase, promote, and elevate the culinary culture.

In a space adorned with traditional Tet decorations, over 40 students from various primary students in Hue city area dressing traditional ao dai are immersing themselves into cultural folk games on Tet days.
