After Hanoi being recognized as a UNESCO Creative City in the field of Design in 2019, Vietnam now has had a Creative City of Music and a Creative City of Crafts and Folk Art.

The event was part of a series of activities for the "Fukuroi Day in Hue", organized to celebrate the 50th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan. On the afternoon of November 1, in Hanoi, the provincial delegation, led by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Hai Minh, had a working session with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) on the contents related to projects on planning, green transportation and climate change. On the morning of October 24, the Hue Green Hub officially launched and came into operation. On October 23, three provinces and city, including: Quang Nam, Da Nang, and Thua Thien Hue, coordinated with the Malaysia - Vietnam Friendship Association to organize a tourism introduction program at the World Trade Center Kuala Lumpur (WTCKL), Malaysia.
