On those days, visitors to Diem Phung Thi Art Space (No. 17 Le Loi Street, Thuan Hoa Ward) can easily bump into the exhibition space titled “A Luoi Traditional Cultural Identity”.

On the afternoon of December 15th, at the conference hall of Hue City People’s Committee, Vietnam Airlines (Vietnam National Airlines Corporation) presented financial and in-kind support of 1 billion VND and 2,000 warm blankets in total to Hue City to help address damage caused by recent storms and flooding.

On the afternoon of December 10, Hue City Fine Arts Association, in collaboration with the University of Arts, Hue University, organized the opening ceremony of the Fine Arts Exhibition celebrating the 74th anniversary of Vietnam Fine Arts Traditional Day (December 10, 1951 - December 10, 2025). The event attracted the participation of many artists and students.

On the afternoon of December 9, in Hue City, the Border Guard Commands of three provinces and cities: Hue, Da Nang, and Quang Ngai (Vietnam), held the 19th annual talks in 2025 with the Military Command of Sekong Province (Lao People's Democratic Republic).

People say that after days submerged in floodwater, when the water recedes, the ground is left with a dull, gloomy gray. On December 6th, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (VietinBank) provided financial support to help residents of Hue City recover from the damage caused by the recent floods. Mr. Nguyen Chi Tai, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City, received and worked with the delegation.

On December 2 and 3, a working delegation from the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City, led by Ms. Nguyen Thi Ai Van, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, and Standing Vice Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City, visited and presented financial support to South Central provinces to overcome damage after typhoons and floods.

On the morning of December 1st, the Department of Education and Training (DOET) presented Certificates of Merit to the following schools: Gia Hoi High School, Huong Vinh High School, Dang Tran Con High School, Ly Tu Trong Secondary School, Phu Binh Primary School, and Ngo Kha Primary School, for effectively carrying out flood prevention and post-flood recovery efforts during the recent flooding events.

Hue starts entering winter, beginning a series of long and wet rainy days. But truly, if tourists could “embrace” this Hue’s weather, they will not only fully experience all the senses with the specialty of Hue rain, but can also feel Hue more vivid and authentical in its profound and peaceful space.

On November 25, at the National Assembly House, Mr. Do Van Chien, Politburo Member and Permanent Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, attended a ceremony where Phu Tho Province presented funds to support localities heavily damaged by recent historic floods.
