A professional training course for swimming and diving lifeguards in 2025, organized by the Department of Culture and Sports, is taking place from May 15 to 19 at the city's Sports Center (the swimming pool at 2 Le Quy Don Street). A large number of trainees from the sports and education sectors, as well as water sports businesses in the city, are participating.

The Department of Culture and Sports, in collaboration with a team of experts from the National Museum of History, has commenced the second phase of archaeological surveying and excavation at Lieu Coc Twin Towers site.

On the afternoon of April 25, the Culture, Information and Sports Center of Thuan Hoa District, in collaboration with Hue City branch of Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists, organized the opening ceremony of a photo exhibition themed “Hue - A city bursting out with vitality”.
