On July 25, the Khoi su tu tam Foundation held an incense- and flower-offering ceremony at Phu Gia Martyrs’ Cemetery (Phu Vang Commune) and presented appreciation gifts to war invalids, sick soldiers, families of fallen soldiers, and people with meritorious service to the revolution on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs Day.

Though in his seventies, Excellent Artist Tran Thao (Phu Xuan, Hue) has never spent a single day without nha nhac (court music). He teaches it in classrooms, passing on his craft in his small house and maintaining a nha nhac club for over three decades now. Every year, he travels to An Giang, carrying with him the “music of the past” to share with others.
