As a ‘symphony’ of Hue urban planning, the Perfume River has carried on its historical mission of adorning the elegance of Hue, and is now being preserved. Alongside the significant programs and activities that have been taking place in the city to create a joyful and bustling atmosphere to welcome the Lunar New Year of Dragon, Hue City focuses on embellishing the streets to celebrate Tet (Lunar New Year), with the highlight of the 2024 Spring Festival stretching from the south bank of the Perfume River to parks and green spots in the city.

The Public Art Design Competition and International Sculpture Symposium - Hue 2024, with the theme “Impression of Hue, Vietnam,” will take place in the park along the northern banks of the Perfume River (Kim Long Street, Hue City).
