It is the soothing feeling of many visitors after experiencing Hue culture, with quiet citadels and temples, green nature, gentle Perfume River, as well as friendly and close people.

Together with talented artists and students all over the country, 3 young people studying at Hue Music Academy have passed through many strict rounds to be honored and awarded scholarships of the Tran Van Khe fund, a fund named after a famous traditional culture and music researcher in Vietnam.

On August 15th, the Vietnam Association for Supporting Unexploded Ordnance (UXO)/Mine Action Efforts (VMASMA) in coordination with A Luoi District People's Committee organized a program aiming at raising awareness about Unexploded Ordinance (UXO) accident prevention, providing livelihood support for the victims, and gifting bicycles to underprivileged students.

On August 15, at the mausoleum of Emperor Gia Long, the People's Committee of Hue City in collaboration with Hue Monuments Conservation Center held the inauguration of waiting lounges for visitors and water supply stations at three locations, which are the mausoleum of Emperor Gia Long, the mausoleum of Emperor Minh Mang, and the mausoleum of Emperor Dong Khanh.

Following the success of the previous program, the 4th “Hue Jogging – Run for the Community” 2023 with the theme “Raise your steps to school” will be held by Hue City on the morning of August 20.

Along with supporting the restoration of Hue heritage, experts from the German Society for the Preservation of Cultural Heritage also strive to pass on love and understanding of heritage to local people, especially the younger generation.

Hai Duong Commune (Hue City) is considered a most arduous and challenging place with a long coastline to the southeast and Tam Giang lagoon to the southwest. Through many generations exploring the land, establishing villages and settling down, the people of Hai Duong have suffered a lot of pressure from waves and winds; nevertheless, they are still living in harmony with the harsh nature and living on marine products.

Within the framework of the conference "Meeting Thailand" taking place from August 3 to 4, 2023 in Dong Ha city, Quang Tri province, on August 4, Mr. Phan Quy Phuong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, had exchanges at the discussion session related to supply chain integration and promotion of cooperation on the East-West Economic Corridor.

Many localities in the province are actively organizing photo contests and making video clips to promote Hue’s tourism and introduce its beautiful images of Hue culture, civilized lifestyle, environmental landscapes, and friendly Hue people who warmly welcome visitors and friends from both domestic and international destinations.

After nearly 10 days of activity, the 1st Co Tu Ethnic Traditional Sculpture Creation Camp in 2023, hosted by the People's Committee of Nam Dong district, closed on July 29th. Many outstanding works of art were awarded by the organizers.
