On the morning of March 27, Thuan Hoa Ward People’s Committee hosted the 1st Youth and Children’s Creativity Contest 2026, attracting the participation of a great number of delegators, teachers, children and their parents in the area.

On the morning of March 25th, the Office of Hue City People’s Committee announced that, as part of the Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh’s official visit to the Russian Federation in Moscow, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee, held a working session with the Russian Federation Tourism Association to promote cooperation and tourism development between Hue City and Russia.

Now in its fifth year, Hue has been hosting the Four Seasons Festival (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter). Instead of concentrating activities within a few peak days as in the past, the Hue Four Seasons Festival is implemented under a new model, featuring a continuous series of cultural, artistic and tourism events throughout the year to honor heritage, promote tourism and create new experiences for visitors.

The launching ceremony of the “All people practice physical exercise following the example of the great Uncle Ho” campaign; the Olympic Run Day “For Public Health - For National Security”; and the opening of the 34th Traditional cross-country Race 2026 – an event of the 10th City Sports Festival, took place on the morning of March 22nd at Nghinh Luong Dinh Pavilion.

On the morning of March 22, Bach Ma National Park coordinated with Phu Loc People’s Committee to organize the “Conquering Bach Ma Peak 2026 - Joining Hands to Preserve Biodiversity”.

As if by a twist of fate, the two painters Hoang Dang Khanh and Tran Anh Huy are not only friends but also share a deep passion for art, culminating in their joint exhibition titled “Ky uc thap mau” (“Memories Illuminated in Color”).

Along with nearly 76,5 million voters nationwide, close to one million voters in Hue City have just joyfully taken part in the Election Day on March 15th, 2026, achieving an outstanding result: 99,99% voter turnout in the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term. Beyond the turnout figure, what stands out is the widespread joy and excitement across all regions, as well as the confidence and hope of people from all walks of life placed in a streamlined government, one with sufficient capability and strength to lead the country into a new era of prosperity, civility, and happiness. On the afternoon of March 20th, An Cuu Ward organized the first Youth and Children’s Creativity Competition 2026, attracting the participation of 14 projects and models from students of primary and lower secondary schools in the area. ​

On March 19th, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Trung, along with members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, including Head of the Internal Affairs Commission Dang Ngoc Tran, Standing Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh, Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee Hoang Hai Minh, and leaders of relevant departments and sectors, held a working session to inspect the construction progress of boarding inter-level schools (primary and lower secondary) in A Luoi 3 and A Luoi 4 communes.

On the morning of March 20, at Phu An Secondary School, Hue City Association for the Protection of Children’s Rights, in coordination with the Department of Culture and Sports, organized the “Happiness for Children” communication program in response to the International Day of Happiness. The event drew the participation of representatives from various departments and agencies, local authorities, the school’s leadership board, parents, and 50 pairs of parents and students.
