The National Tourism Year (NTY) - Hue 2025 represents a major opportunity for Hue’s tourism industry. The key issue is how to ensure that by the end of NTY, Hue gains significant “profit,” not only in visitor numbers.

During two days from March 19 to 20, an Australian famtrip group visited, experienced, and surveyed tourism products in Hue City. This was an opportunity for the city's tourism sector to promote and showcase the unique tourist routes, destinations, and tourism products of the locality to the Australian tourist market.

Under the guidance of Quoc Hoc Hue Cooperation and Public relations Club (The Mosaic), students from various places have had the opportunity to learn about the history and architecture of Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted. This has been a meaningful occasion for students from different schools to explore a new learning environment, while also creating opportunities for cultural connection, experience, and sharing.

In parallel with the Festival, Hue has become one of the focal points for attracting, gathering, and spreading cultural values, serving as an environment and opportunity to revive and illuminate Hue’s cultural heritage.

For students, Tet is not only a time for celebration and family reunions but also an opportunity to share and support those in difficult circumstances. Many charitable activities organized by the school have “ignited a flame of love” in the students, spreading noble humanitarian values.

It may seem easy to dream of a day when Gia Hoi “revives,” not only preserving its essence and cultural heritage values, but also seizing the opportunity for this ancient quarter to develop. The preservation of heritage values in this ancient quarter located east of the Hue Citadel, however, is facing many challenges and conflicts.

Hue becoming a centrally-governed municipality not only presents an opportunity for urban transformation, but also contributes to the comprehensive development of its economy and society, ensuring better implementation of the task of preserving and promoting Hue's heritage values ​​and cultural identity. However, alongside these opportunities, there are intertwined challenges that force Hue to have strategies, development mechanisms and continuous innovation.

Held from December 13 to 15, the 19th National Cardiovascular Congress, with the theme “Cardiology in the New Era: The Path to the World,” is hosted by Thua Thien Hue. This event is not only an opportunity for scientists to share knowledge and experience but also a chance to update ontechnical advancements and new solutions to reduce the disease burden and improve the quality of life for the public.

On the afternoon of December 4, Hue College of Tourism coordinated with Ile-de-France Chamber of Trade and Craft (French Republic) to hold a signing ceremony for an agreement on a cooperation framework to provide apprentices with diversified international experiences, along with many other important contents.

On November 21st, a networking and trade connection event between Thai and Thua Thien Hue businesses was organized by the Center for Investment, Trade, and Enterprise Support in collaboration with the Provincial Business Association.
