However, the natural distribution area of this ginseng species is currently minimal, while the demand for conservation, development, and sustainable exploitation continues to grow. Research into transplanting Ngoc Linh ginseng to ecologically similar regions, such as Hue, is not only a scientific necessity but also opens opportunities to expand the conservation space and develop this precious medicinal plant.

The agricultural fairs and highland markets organized by the City Farmers’ Association toward the end of 2025 have contributed to introducing and promoting local agricultural products that meet VietGAP and OCOP standards, as well as specialty products of ethnic minority communities in mountainous areas, giving them greater opportunities to reach wider markets.

Thirteen years after Hue first hosted the National Tourism Year, the event returned to the city for the second time in 2025, opening a gateway to new opportunities. From this series of events, beyond the growth figures, the city has gained valuable experience and a new surge of energy known as the “Aspiration for transformation”.
