On the afternoon of February 27th, a training conference on election procedures for deputies to the 16th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term was held in a hybrid format, combining in-person attendance with online connections to commune and ward-level venues across the city.

On the morning of February 26th, a nationwide online conference was held in Hanoi to roll out preparations for the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to People’s Councils at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term. The event was connected to 34 provincial-level venues and 3.321 commune-level venues across the country.

In 2025, Hue City Library served more than 1.2 million readers both in person and online. The library also issued over 5,700 library cards to readers.

On the morning of December 9, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired an online conference to hear reports on the progress of Quang Trung Campaign - an accelerated drive to rebuild and repair homes for families whose houses were collapsed, swept away, or severely damaged during the recent storms and floods.

On the afternoon of December 3, Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (Petrovietnam) held an online conference to launch the Petrovietnam STEM Innovation Program. Hue City’s live broadcast was hosted at the headquarters of the Department of Education and Training.

The recent offline and online Job Fair in Hue City organized by the Employment Department (Ministry of Home Affairs) in coordination with the National Center for Employment Services and local Employment Service centers in the Central region recorded many businesses expanding their recruitment needs to meet production and business plans for the upcoming period.

On the morning of November 20th, at Hue City Employment Service Center, the Department of Employment (Ministry of Home Affairs), in coordination with the National Employment Service Center and Employment Service Centers in regional localities, organized an offline-online hybrid job fair, simultaneously connecting with Quang Tri, Da Nang, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, and Quang Ngai. The event attracted a large number of businesses and workers.

On the afternoon of November 15, the Department of Education and Training (DOET) held an online training session on developing digital competence (DC) for high school students, in accordance with Circular 02/2025/TT-BGDDT and other directives guiding the implementation of the Ministry of Education and Training’s Digital Competence Framework. ​
