A new cultural space and rendezvous named "Intercultural meeting place" has just been launched on the afternoon of April 26 at 94, 96, and 98 Bach Dang Street, Hue City.

Cecile Le Pham Fine Arts Museum (53 Ham Nghi, Hue City) is a newly launched non-public museum that welcomes visitors. This is the passion of Ms. Cecile Le Pham (a Vietnamese French person) after nearly 30 years of collecting artifacts from all over the world.

With special affection for Emperor Ham Nghi, Mr. Gérard Chapuis has diligently collected the emperor's paintings and searched for information in French bibliographic sources, documents, books, and newspapers related to Emperor Ham Nghi to write this book.
