On June 4, the Organizing Committee of the People’s Public Security Military, Martial Arts and Sports Games 2026 - Region II announced that public interaction activities would be held along several central city streets following the preliminary rehearsal and final rehearsal on the evenings of June 4 and June 5.

On the morning of June 3rd, Hue City Department of Health and the city Farmers' Association held a signing ceremony for a cooperation program for the 2026 - 2030 period aimed at strengthening communication and advocacy efforts to encourage farmer members to participate in protecting, caring for, and improving community health. ​

The event aimed to provide meaningful encouragement to hundreds of children in difficult circumstances across the city on the occasion of the Action Month for Children 2026.

Under the theme “Flow of Heritage”, the first-ever O Ly Art show will officially open at Hue Book and Cultural Space (23-25 Le Loi Street, Thuan Hoa Ward) on June 6, ushering in a new artistic platform for the artist community in Central Vietnam.

On June 2nd, the Ministry of Health, in collaboration with Care for Children organization, held a working session on the implementation of a project to strengthen family-based alternative care for children in special circumstances during the 2026 - 2028 period in Hue. The program is expected to help improve the effectiveness of child protection and care efforts, enabling children to live in safe, stable, and loving family environments.

More than 142 visually impaired women have received vocational training, and over 68,000 gift packages have been distributed; these were among the notable achievements highlighted at the conference reviewing 10 years of implementing the coordinated support program for visually impaired women (2016 - 2026 period), and the five-year review of the Compassionate Homes program, held on the morning of June 2 at the City Association of the Blind.

On the morning of June 1, the Department of Education and Training officially opened the 2026 Traditional Swimming Tournament for General Education Students of the city.
