Along with pho, bun rieu, bun cha ca, banh canh, and others, bun bo Hue (Hue beef noodle soup) is one of the delicious Vietnamese dishes featured in the “Top 100 best soups in the world” list, recently announced by the renowned culinary website Taste Atlas.

TasteAtlas, a food magazine, has just set the list of 50 most worth-experienced culinary cities all over the world in 2024. Notably, 2 places in Vietnam including Hue and Hanoi were named in this list.

Three Vietnamese dishes, namely beef stew (bo kho), Hue beef noodle soup, or Hue breakfast noodle soup (bun bo Hue), and broken rice with grilled pork (com tam suon), have been included in the list of “Top 100 breakfasts in the world” by the international food magazine Taste Atlas.
