On the evening of September 26, at the 1K Noodle Shop (Tiem mi 1K), Hue SOS75 Zero-Cost Team held the ‘Journey of Sharing Love’ program, presenting gifts and free meals to people facing difficult circumstances in the city.

On the morning of September 25th, Mr. Le Tri Thanh, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee, chaired a meeting with Sun Group, led by Mr. Nguyen Van Binh, Chairman of Sun Group’s Central Vietnam region. Also in attendance were representatives of relevant departments, agencies and local authorities.

On the evening of September 25, thousands of audience members, residents, and visitors gathered at the stage in front of Kien Trung Palace in Hue Imperial Citadel to enjoy the ‘Nhin nhung mua thu di’ (‘Contemplating Autumns Go By’) music program, one of the highlights of the autumn season as part of Hue Festival 2026.

On the afternoon of September 24, a delegation from the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission had a working meeting with Hue Monuments Conservation Center to discuss the preservation and promotion of Hue’s cultural heritage, traditional performing arts, and the application of science and technology in heritage digitalization.

On the morning of September 24, Mr. Le Tri Thanh, Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee, had a meeting with H.E. Adam Mulawarman Tugio, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Indonesia to Vietnam.

Whenever Hue enters its rainy season, concerns about declining visitor numbers, postponed or canceled tours, and other related challenges begin to emerge. Yet rain is by no means an unusual phenomenon in Hue. Taking a proactive approach to developing suitable products and changing the way tourism is organized during the rainy season is something the tourism sector and travel businesses need to work toward.

Among the many varieties of fruit, Hue persimmons have a distinctive flavor of their own, especially the heritage varieties associated with century-old garden houses. As autumn arrives, persimmons begin appearing at markets, brightening homes and becoming increasingly popular for sale on social media.

Hue has significant room for industrial development, especially as the city expands its development space. This was affirmed by Mr. Phan Quy Phuong, Member of the Standing Committee of Hue Party Committee and Head of Hue Economic and Industrial Zones Management Board, in an interview with Hue Today Weekly on the advantages driving the growth of the city’s industrial sector.

On September 21st, Mr. Hoang Hai Minh, Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee, received a delegation from Waseda University and the University of Tsukuba (Japan). The working session focused on research and implementation of a project on disaster prevention and control, and adaptation to flooding and climate change in the city.

On the afternoon of September 19, Hue City People’s Committee held a meeting to review the organization of Hue Heritage and International Music Festival - Hue Wonderverse Music Fest 2026. Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee Tran Huu Thuy Giang chaired the meeting. The meeting was also attended by representatives from relevant departments, agencies, and units.
